3/4 stick I salted butter
1/2 to 3/4 cup milk
Salt
Pepper
Peel &cube potatoes
Boil in salted water til tender
Drain
Add soft butter, let melt some, mash potatoes some with mixer blades before using
Electric mixer, turn on high, mix, add milk to creamy texture, finish mixing
Salt &pepper to taste
