http://www.bettycrocker.com/recipes/classic-no-bisquick-betty-crocker-pancakes/cc8f7ef9-6b46-4319-9d84-e260e668d2d3

Ingredients

'1'
'regular Egg'
'1'
'cup All purpose flour'
'3\4      Cup milk

'

'3'
'teaspoons Baking Powder'
'1\2 tsp salt

1Tb sugar

2 TB vegetable oil
These are my fav...I've made them for thirty years!   The pages of my old cookbook are smudged with flour and oil....I usually have to double the recipe to feed every one.   The are great too with a tsp of vanilla or cinnamon sugar or pumpkin spice....use you imagination.

Mix dry ingredients first.   Whip egg lightly, add egg oil and then milk and mix by hand until combined well.   Don't over mix.  Butter, oil or spray griddle.  I love to use my ole soup ladle, flip when sides are brown and pancake set.....enjoy!
